Tasting menu

Tasting menus are served in reverse order so the meal diminishes in both size and weight from the principal course. On a table of two, each person is served a different menu, demonstrating 14 different dishes throughout the meal. The menu begins with the heaviest course and ends with the lightest finishing with dessert. A choice of 5 or 7 courses is available and the chef will take into account food allergies or restrictions to create a menu that caters to the individual. Guests may also order a la carte items off the menu. Vegetarian and vegan tasting menus are also available on request.
